nic (centre),he's together with sami,it's an unbelievable love story like right out of a music video/romance novel.ask me if you wanna hear it.he's also very talented!so entertaining and truly a walking audio work of art.he really sounds like louis armstrong when singing what a wonderful world,i do not lie.and his repertoire of random sounds (duck quacking,water dripping,etc),well lemme just say you have to hear it for yourself to believe it's coming from his mouth.

andy (right side) is hilarious.sijing he's like you!!in the sense that when he tells jokes,you laugh cause he's so much funnier than the joke itself.here's a really bad/good example: there're two muffins in an oven.one says to the other "it's getting really hot in here isn't it."the other responds "omg it's a talking muffin!!!" ..........yep,we had the same reaction.he laughed really heartily hahaha.

the japanese lady in the middle is mie,she's damn cute heh.poor thing works in admin tho.

it has been quite an awesome time,post-exams.my tummy has benefited the most and i think for the first time in my life,no exaggeration whatsoever,it is utterly satiated.not in terms of its capacity,but as in absolutely all its ridiculous cravings are truly satisfied and it now seeks nothing at all in particular.
my heart too,is filled.how could it not,when everyone showers me with love like that?i am so blessed,probably beyond my own imagination and limited awareness.but i do try to grasp the full extent of my fortune.simply put,thanks friends(; love you all<3

my perk-self-up quick-fixes for these recent weeks are...
1. family time<3 to which im referring to is yes,blood relations which i haven't had the pleasure of seeing and spending time with for quite awhile.even though it means that i just sink deeper and deeper into my taidee debt.oh,the things you do for family bonding,im literally paying for it.but nvm,i don't have to pay up yet cause our full cycle is from one chinese new year to the next.still have time to climb out!!(im trying to be very optimistic please don't burst my bubble im like the biggest loser)
2. new clothes new clothes NEW CLOTHES BAYBEHHH.knitwear that i adore (everyone check out zara boys) and efficient shipping,'nuff said.
3. paychecks deposited on a regular basis.with reasonable kaching coming in,this leads me to my next point..
4. birthdays!slowly beginning to round off a hitherto and hopefully continued successful birthday year.you have no idea how much pleasure i can derive from an appreciated gift.the receiver's reaction is priceless.

last week,i watched harry potter and the deathly hallows part 2 reallyyy early in the morning on its opening day. (the cinema was so full,good thing i was kiasu.and i hope they make some box-office record) i can't say i was blown away,but i enjoyed it tremendously and thought it was rather satisfying!maybe my expectations as created by the book are unreasonably high and i just can't be pleased by the movies,but i wasn't disappointed at least.i think it did sufficient justice to the book(; (fun fact: the director's name is david yates,the producers' names are david heyman and david barron.so many david-s!!)
now that it's over,truly over,there's nothing else potterrific to look forward to;( well okay,there's still orlando,florida and pottermore.but this finale is like the equivalent of a formal ending of my childhood.i suppose in a way it's a closure like sj says.but it's a closure i could do without haha.
J.K. Rowling's work will live on.it's made such an indelible mark on too many lives for it not to.the story continues and goes on-when i read the books again and again and again,and when i share this epic legacy with my child(ren) if i have any HAHA.
hogwarts will always be open to those who wish to return.

it looks so good righttt.damn i miss their cheap and uber sweet mangos.this was from a stall at chatuchak where all their menu items were mango-based.

okay i think it was sheryl's idea to make the A&W staff take a photo with us hahaha i know how they feel.

i still don't share that enthusiasm for rootbeer.

all the crepes were sooo yummay no joke,we went back twice!just look and drool.the sweet ones were yummy,savoury ones were yummy,and now im hungryyy.

i think this was lingz's attitude towards us for like half the trip hahaha.

cause every girl needs instructions on what to do with a bra.

today was spent working at prive and it could be described very succinctly in one word: HOT.damn mothereffing grossly hot.the torture was compounded by it being not as busy as it usually is which means i spent a fair bit of time just standing there cause even the service staff werent short on people.that made the heat more unbearable cause if you chiong around,you feel like you're sweating partly cause of that and not just cause of the heat.(plus im pretty sure i might lose weight that way as compared to me just standing haha) but if you're just standing there,you're like a batter put into the oven waiting to rise-just being baked.THE CUSTOMERS WERE ALSO PARTICULARLY IRRITATING TODAY.or maybe i just had a shorter fuse cause the heat makes one cranky.or maybe it was a combination of the two.

but a good number of them were definitely annoying.

"hi can we get a table for two?"

"sure,would you prefer an indoor or outdoor table?the outdoor tables are actually all either taken up or in a rather sunny spot."

"outdoor please."

"okay,sure,if you don't mind it being kinda sunny?"

"nope,it's okay."

-leads them to table in sunny spot,want to seat them and then...

"uhhh it's quite hot here."

"yes but the only remaining outdoor tables we have left are all rather sunny."

"erm........*stands there and look here look there thinking if they want to sit there or not.hello i already told you and you said okay,seriously,or did you not understand the meaning of 'sunny' and just pretended you did.*......is there anywhere more shady?its quite hot here."

"nope sorry,the other sheltered tables are occupied so unless you would like an indoor seat.."

"ohhh.okay.then,can you switch us please if one becomes available?"

"sure:)"

that smiley represents a fake insincere smile.cause even though of course i will try to move them since i said yes,after having at least five (confirm more than five) of such conversations i just wanted them to sit down and stop talking to me!

oh.today,a lot more people obeyed the sign that stated "please wait to be seated".i believe this is because we placed it in the middle of the entrance (have been wanting to do that heh) as opposed to at one side.it's rather typical human-ish behaviour.the thing has be directly in-your-face before you pay heed to or even acknowledge it.otherwise if it's more of in your side view,you avoid it/pretend not to see (or maybe really never see la) if you can.

sytycd results make fans angry.you won't like them when they're angry.
i want my dancers back,simple as that.i absolutely agree with this writer,with the exception of the part where she calls jess irritating.other than that,SPOT ON.somebody's solo was certainly incredibly mediocre as compared to somebody else's.

this was just very entertaining haha.the dancing's not out of this world but it's not bad and their chemistry is just so enjoyable to watch,two of em together.

SEASON EIGHT BEGINS!!!!!!!!only the second dancer of the first episode but already i've found somebody i love.

im so drawn into the way her body moves,the whole time i think i didnt even blink.her dancing was just so delicate and gentle okay imma shut up now cause im ruining it.

you know that macs never ever runs out of anything right. (their hello kitty stuff or other popular thingys do not count) cause thats how fast food places roll,i mean how can they run out??but today when i went for breakfast with nats at serene's macs they had NO MORE HASHBROWNS.come on la,1030 isnt that late and its not as though the place was packed.obviously she was super pissed,understandably so (i didnt get a meal so no hashbrowns for me anw).okay fine,no hashbrown nvm,they offered us fries.but when nats wanted to change them to shaker fries,guess what..no more shaker fries too!seriously,i swear this does not happen.HAHA there was this man at the counter beside us who was even more agitated.cant rmbr his exact words but i think his tirade went something like "no more hashbrowns?!how can that be!macdonalds never runs out.they even have a macdonalds university in usa to make sure things like that never happen!!!the world is screwed up,now even macdonalds is screwed up.how can i have fries for breakfast??" actually i didnt really believe the university thing but i just went to check it out and apparently it does exist:O

HA.we saw this bird at the central park zoo inside the tropical rainforest exhibit.the first time we saw it,there was one. (nats was a little scared of it) then it went one round and when we bumped into it again there were two. (nats getting a lil more scared since they roam freely and totally in your radius) another round later,there were three!! (nats was really quite like 'ahhh why got so many!!!' now hahaha)

looked who we bumped into!haha ya right,at madame tussaud's la.

should a child still be punished even though she/he is simply ignorant about the wrongness of her/his actions?
can they be held responsible if they don't know better,is it their fault?
the tragic thing is if one unknowingly pays a price for actions she/he had no control over because they weren't even hers/his to begin with.it has nothing,yet everything,to do with you.
